Challenge Activity 1- Mommy & Daughter’s First Pledge to spend more quality bonding time!
A few small changes to our routine can make a big difference to our kids when it comes to getting more time together as a family, especially when mommy and daddy both work!
Hence we are pledging to maximize the amount of time we have with each other! Yass to spend more quality bonding time!
From now on-you take the lead, you are the boss! 🥰

Challenge Activity- Story-telling Game (Eva’s favorite’s animal)
Today I let Eva feed the fish. Suddenly Eva start telling me that she wants to be a mermaid. When I ask why, she became even more excited to share with me—
She loves fish so much that is why she wants to be a mermaid; to swim with many fishes as well as the sharks but she said only baby sharks allowed. 😅 Next she said she can be a good friend to the fishes in the sea because of her mermaid’s hair just like Ariel 😂 okay I got you Eva! #sillymoments
Well I love her cute and creative imaginations to be whatever she wants to be. Although she can’t become a mermaid, she encouraged me to dream big and with the power of believing, you can be whatever you wish to be! Wow! I’m so inspired by you Eva! And thank you for let me getting to know you a little better today! 😍
Hey how about you mommies? Do you know what is your kid’s favorite animal? Do spend time with your kids by taking photo of them with their favorite animal and let them express their feelings too! You’d be surprised! 😉

Challenge Activity- Lets Make Pancake!
Pancakes is the first thing that me and my first born Eva Jennaira got to cook together.
She start with fetching the ingredients, pouring flour into the bowl and cup of water, sifting and stirring, then learn to measuring and cracking eggs, next she learnt how to cook the pancake.
Through this morning, however, the one who has learnt the most is me! —The time, the mess, the patience, the creativity, the mistake, the imperfection and the success.
She makes me think that as a mother, I should let her be unstructured, steering her away from perfectionism, nurturing her independence, creativity and self-esteem so she is free to explore! 😍
Mom is not just a teacher but to facilitate and to encourage children.
So mommies, let’s make memories together with your kid, to have fun and messy moments, the kind that lasts a lifetime. Let’s create “cooking with mom” memories! 🥞

Challenge Activity- Playdough Island
I found Eva really into the beach. That’s why she can watch Moana movie again and again because she always want to go to an island. Must be mommy’s gene lah, another beach bum in training! 🏝👙

So since we had long weekend, I brought her to the nearest park for another Friso Gold challenge activity. This time I let her discover and explore the outdoors by making her dream island that she would like to visit one day. But this time, let’s make it with play dough first and she can decorate the island using things she found at the park.
Eva was so excited to make her own island. She ran giggly to the tree, collecting twigs, stones and leaves. I let her to be creative and unstructured. It’s the joy that counts, no rules, no goals. Even I know her island looks more like cekodok instead 🤪
She even makes mommy realised that being dirty is delightful. Hands dirty, hair messy, eyes sparkly! Look at her bright smile! 🤩
To all mommies, let’s do this often! Plan an outdoor activity and allow your kid to be creative and share with us the fun you got to experience with your kid!

Challenge Activity- Cardboard City
Do you ever cross in your mind, to turn those unused shoes, toys or even home appliances boxes to fun project with your kids? 📦
Me and Eva been doing Friso Gold challenge activity and this is the last one— Cardboard City!
Eva is still fascinated with her dream island. So instead of making a city, she made Elsa go on a summer vacation on a private Island! 😍
Look how she interacts with Elsa while exploring the island she made. She was so excited to bring the Ice Princess to the beach and to sun bathe! She said Elsa might melt and drown in the sea. Olaf will come to rescue! ⛄️
Suddenly she said, Olaf can not save Elsa because he might be melted as well as Olaf is a snowman! Ice and water mixed together! 💦
Her spontaneous imaginations allow me to enter her fantasy world and understand her better through her expressions. This activity also builds creativity and stimulate imaginative play to Eva. I’m so flattered! 😍
To all mommies, let’s do this often! Plan an activity and allow your kid to be creative and share with us the fun you got to experience with your kid! I really hope that I’ll be able to keep practicing natural parenting with my kids.
